SASSY WATER: DRINK IT FOR 4 DAYS AND LOSE 10 CM OF YOUR WAIST!

There is a healthy and easy way to decrease the size of your belly, which is known in English as Sassy water.

The main idea is to hydrate you. And as part of a good change of eating habits is to drink more water, this way of doing it is much easier because it is natural water but with a special touch of ingredients such as ginger and cucumber designed to reduce the abdomen and lose weight.

This drink revitalizes and refreshes the body. It has a calming effect on the digestive tract, decreases swelling and of course it is low in calories.

At the beginning of the diet, 8 glasses of water are required, and fruits and vegetables rich in water are recommended. The correct hydration will help swelling, constipation and balance the fluid in your body. You should avoid snacks, sweets and consume healthy groceries – but done in small portions.

Ingredients of sassy water:
-2 liters of water.
-1 Tablespoon fresh striped ginger.
-1/2 Peeled and sliced cucumber.
-1 Lemon sliced.
-12 green mint leaves.

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a jar and let it sit overnight. In my experience: when you scratch the ginger, try to make sure it is well peeled so that you do not include the peel, as it may make the taste a bit bitter. The same thing happened with lemon, I used green lemon with seed and I think it would be better with yellow lemon or lime.

EYE: The cucumber can go with a peel but if it is not organic, better take it away so as not to be consuming the pesticides. The same for the other ingredients, try to get organic mint or your garden, because now nothing is free of pesticides.

I enjoy this way of drinking water, I liked the taste and I want to continue testing it with the yellow lemon, remember: I have only been drinking it for 2 days. I felt good and we will see what happens when the week ends.
